Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

(Special Solutions / Engineering & Production Division) 

 

In this long-term-employment, you will be working in Riyadh, Capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The job objectives includes:

• Designing special vehicles/shelter (i.e. emergency vehicles, mobile clinics/workshops, off-road solutions, others) with a focus on electrical / mechanical integration (from concept to execution) and specific focus on strength calculations, material selection and meeting functional design requirements
• Propose conceptional designs that allow cost effective production and scalability
• Implementing innovative concepts, existing and new materials
• Supporting pre-series and series production and associated processes
• Development of factory and site acceptance test documentation

Interested applicants should be experienced in following work areas:

• Technical University Degree (ideal Electromechanical Engineering with focus on trucks or special vehicles design or similar)
• Between 1-3 years of work experience (ideal in truck sector)
• Able to prepare all the work relevant documents needed
• Experienced in the implementation, integration, commissioning, testing and qualification of functional special vehicles
• Good knowledge in engineering and design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Experience in working in multi-cultural teams for a few years with English business language together with a strong team spirit
